Infrared Photography

I have been teaching myself about infared photography and tried out a couple digital filters on some of my photos. One day I will get my hands on a camera that has been converted to infared and then we'll see some real creative and off the wall stuff. Let me know what you think.

I went out east last night to watch a meteor shower and took this image. It is interesting to look up at the sky and feel very small. I thought I captured a meteor, however, at closer inspection I figured out it is an airplane. When you get out of the city and away from people and man made things, you don't expect that something man made (in this case a whole airplane) would have such a large impact on a photo you take of the sky.
